What areas does Lewis County Transit serve?

City routes operate throughout the Twin Cities of Centralia and Chehalis. Our corridor routes offer an express service to Grand Mound, Tumwater, and Olympia (Green route), an express service to Kelso (Purple line), and a US HWY 12 Corridor route to Packwood.

  • Fixed bus routes.
  • Dial-a-Ride (DARTT), which provides direct door-to-door transportation to help you get where you need to go. 
  • LIFTT – ADA Transportation. This service is designed for passengers unable to use our fixed-route bus system due to functional or cognitive mobility limitations. It serves locations within ¾ of a mile of a Lewis County Transit fixed route.
  • Lewis County Transit Travel Training – a free program that teaches you how to use public transportation with confidence and ease.

All Lewis County Transit fixed route service will be fare-free until further notice.

Additionally, passengers 18 years of age and younger shall ride FREE on Lewis County Transit DARTT as well.

Have you qualified for Lewis County Transit’s LIFTT ADA transportation service? IF so, all LIFTT riders travel free of charge.

Lewis County Transit offers ADA Complementary LIFTT service to passengers who are prevented from using the fixed route bus system due to a functional or cognitive mobility limitation.

  • Children should be removed from strollers and seated in a seat or a parent’s lap. Strollers must be capable of being collapsed and stowed if capacity is required.
  • Children 9 or younger must be accompanied by someone 16 or older.
  • Parents or guardians of children under the age of 18 are required to schedule and/or cancel all ridership related to all Lewis County Transit DARTT/LIFTT services being offered.
